fwp Diversity Policy

At fwp we live and breathe diversity. We believe that different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives play a key role in taking fwp forward. We value everyone's uniqueness and respect the different views and ideas that come with diversity.
This is why, in our fwp Diversity Policy, we have committed ourselves to non-discriminatory recruiting. The recruiting process is oriented towards attracting the most talented people, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability.
Promoting female talent is one of our top priorities. For this reason fwp has entered into a cooperation with "Paragraphinnen", among others, which is a practice-oriented association for the promotion of women that advocates for equal career perspectives in law. With this partnership fwp intends to support women in the legal professions in creating a future where everyone has the same opportunities. What is more, fwp has been sponsoring the "Women in Law" initiative for several years.
