To make sure that new hires enjoy a smooth start at fwp, we offer both a mentoring system and an online-based onboarding programme to help them to get started quickly and easily. Online training materials and the fwp intranet provide additional guidance.

At the beginning both a buddy and a mentor will assist new team members. The goal is to help our new colleagues find their place and feel at ease as quickly as possible.


Our digital culture is characterised by openness to new technologies. Both in legal counselling and in recruiting we use a number of digital tools that allow us to make the recruiting process efficient and transparent and to provide timely feedback. We rely on state-of-the-art technology throughout the whole process, from the job application and the first interviews through to the final decision. However, despite increasing digitalisation and the benefits that come with it, personal interaction is still of paramount importance to fwp. Both during the recruiting process and thereafter, personal contacts are invaluable to us, which is why we are always happy to share ideas face-to-face.
