Guidance on legal, management and communication aspects

Currently, companies and organisations are not only focusing on work issues, but often find themselves discussing the topic of vaccination and what rules apply in the workplace. Faced with this situation, company owners and management have to implement labour-law regulations, while at the same time demonstrating leadership and conflict resolution skills.

In a keynote speech on 10 November 2021, fwp partner Monika Sturm and organisation consultant Doris Regele will try to offer support and guidance.

The topics to be addressed include:

• Applicable legal provisions
• Implementation of these legal provisions at company level in legal, management and communication terms
• Handling and solving conflicts in the context of debates on vaccination and the vaccinated/recovered/tested rule (3G rule) among employees or team members
