The succession of the next generation into a company is a significant matter and requires not only careful planning but also certain legal considerations.

In this context, the upcoming Annual Conference on Corporate Succession 2023 of the Manz Verlag Academy of Law will shed light on numerous exciting topics from a business and practical perspective. This year's conference will focus on contractual regulations, the importance of private foundations and the management of conflicts.
