Vienna, January 2021. In January 2021, the team of Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte (fwp) has grown by three new attorneys-at-law, Yoanna Eishold, Helene Rohrauer and Felix Augustus Kirkovits.

Yoanna Eishold began her career at fwp as associate in 2015 and, having spent one year working for another renowned business law firm, returned to fwp in 2018. Specialising in real estate commercial law, Ms Eishold directs her expertise towards renowned real estate projects. In addition, Yoanna Eishold forms part of the experienced litigation team led by fwp partner Markus Fellner to which she contributes her extensive experience in the field of litigation.

For Helene Rohrauer, the legal adventure at fwp began in 2018 when she joined the corporate/M&A team of fwp partner Paul Luiki as associate. Ms Rohrauer specialises in international corporate/M&A transactions and the drafting of contracts, and advises a number of well-known clients while also providing fwp with her valuable input on art law.

Felix Augustus Kirkovits joined the fwp restructuring and corporate/M&A team as Senior Associate in 2019. He supports the team led by fwp partner Markus Fellner in connection with cross-border restructurings and transactions and advises well-known national and international clients. Before joining the fwp crew, Mr Kirkovits worked in another renowned business law firm where his professional focus was also on restructurings and corporate/M&A.
