Vienna, 15 February 2024. Through the recently completed child and baby friendly workspace Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) makes an important statement and demonstrates its family friendly attitude once again. In this context the law firm, which is comprised of approx. 140 employees, offers an unprecedented service.

Determined to offer its employees a supportive working environment fwp has recently established an innovative workspace that includes a children's play area alongside other measures, such as flexible working hours and the possibility to work from anywhere. This new workspace allows parents to bring their babies and children to the office. The workspace comprises two ergonomic workplaces, as well as an attractive and childproof area for babies and toddlers. A children's desk as a miniature version of the parent's desk, a play tent, toys and painting materials are all available to the little ones.

fwp is pleased to be one of the first few law firms taking this important step for the wellbeing of its employees and again demonstrates its family friendly attitude.
