Vienna, November 2023. Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) achieved another excellent result at this year's BEST RECRUITERS awards with the golden BEST RECRUITERS award and first place within the legal industry. 

This year, some 1,200 employers were assessed in terms of all of the decisive stages of the recruiting process in the biggest recruiting study in the German-speaking countries. Decisive factors for the assessment of employers from Austria, Germany Switzerland and Liechtenstein were the application process, the design and content of the career website and the use of AI in the recruiting process.

fwp successfully beat other employers and was once again named industry winner at this year's BEST RECRUITERS awards. In addition the law firm managed to fulfil all of the requirements for the golden BEST RECRUITERS seal. By this excellent result fwp has proved itself in all areas of recruiting. BEST RECRUITERS especially emphasised the feedback culture, which was highlighted as a best practice not only within the firm but also in the recruiting process.
