Vienna, July 2023. Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) has successfully advised the Zucchetti Group, one of the most important Italian IT companies in Europe, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in ready2order. 

With more than 8,000 employees and over 700,000 customers the Zucchetti Group is one of the most important IT companies in Europe. The Italian market leader offers a unique product portfolio of software and hardware solutions, as well as innovative services which can be specially tailored to the needs of enterprises from a large variety of industries and sizes. By purchasing the Austrian market leader in cloud-based POS systems the Zucchetti Group is expanding its current portfolio to include promising innovative cloud-based POS and payment solutions. 

ready2order, a standout company that has specialised in the development of modular point-of-sale and payment applications since 2015, has in the past not only convinced over 10,000 business enterprises in Germany and Austria with its innovative solutions but also other investors.
