Extension of national Threshold Regulation until 31 December 2022

For public procurement matters, the relevant Threshold Regulation setting the thresholds applicable to sub-threshold contracts has been extended for two more years until 31 December 2022.
This allows contracting authorities to continue to award contracts with an estimated value below EUR 100.000,-- (instead of EUR 50.000,--) to qualified companies directly without conducting a contract award procedure.
