Vienna, September 2018. fwp advised the Vienna Business Agency on the procurement of framework agreements for start-up services. 

The structuring of the procurement procedures and the drafting of the contracts was just as challenging as the simultaneous management of four negotiated procedures, each with several lots, and a high number of bidders. Attorney-at-law Rudolf Pekar was lead counsel for this project, where the quality of the services to be procured was particularly important and had to be implemented accordingly in the structuring of the procedures.
