As of January 2019, long-term fwp lawyer Rudolf Christian Pekar (35) will be the firm’s youngest partner.

An fwp storybook career, from paralegal to equity partner. Rudolf Pekar started his career in 2009 when he joined fwp as a paralegal while still doing his term as an intern at court. Except for a short stint at an international business law firm, Mr Pekar has always worked at fwp.

As a specialist in procurement law, real estate law and regional planning law, he provides legal support to renowned clients when it comes to implementing complex procurement projects, real estate development transactions and public private partnership projects.

Rudolf Pekar graduated from the University of Vienna’s law school in 2009. He is the author of numerous publications, and he lectures on aspects of procurement law and real estate law, for instance at Danube University Krems.
