Vienna, 4 September 2015. Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH (fwp) successfully provided legal advice to UniCredit Bank Austria AG in connection with the sale of DC Bank AG to card complete Service Bank AG.

DC Bank AG has a new owner, having passed from UniCredit Bank Austria AG to card complete Service Bank AG, a company providing credit card services. By way of the transaction, UniCredit Bank Austria AG sold its 99.94% interest in DC Bank AG to card complete Service Bank AG. fwp was responsible for providing legal advice to UniCredit Bank Austria AG. After all the necessary approvals under cartel and financial market law had been obtained, the takeover was successfully completed with the closing on 31 August 2015.
