Vienna, 9 October 2024: Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) once again publishes its Sustainability Report and thus highlights its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. The 80-page report comprehensively documents the measures that the firm has taken in recent years in the areas of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) to make a positive contribution to a sustainable future.
By publishing the second Sustainability Report, which follows on from the 2019 CSR Report, fwp is pursuing its aim of making its comprehensive measures in the area of sustainability transparent and making a statement for doing business responsibly. "Our Sustainability Report shows that we are leading the way not only through our legal advice but also with regard to our entrepreneurial responsibility", says fwp partner Markus Fellner. He also emphasises that "we see it as our duty to reduce our ecological impact, to promote the well-being of our employees and to live responsible governance practices."
The report, which is comprised of some 80 pages, is divided into the three material ESG areas and describes in detail the specific initiatives and projects, such as the annual fwp charity campaign, the opening of a workspace offering a children's play area, and the different technical measures which are being implemented to reduce the firm's electricity and paper use. In the report fwp also sets itself ambitious goals such as the reduction in its energy consumption and increasing the percentage of women in the firm, which the firm wants to achieve by 2028.
The Sustainability Report marks a significant milestone on the firm's path to a long-term sustainable business model. The complete Sustainability Report 2024 is now available for download on the fwp website in both German and English.
fwp invites its clients, partners and the public to find out about the wide range of measures it has taken and the progress it has made on the path to becoming an even more sustainable law firm.
