This year, the TOP FEMALE WORKSPACE 2024 award was presented for the first time by the publisher Sheconomy and the rating platform kununu.

A total of 3.5 million employee reviews from more than 320,000 company profiles on kununu.com served as the starting point. This data was used to determine the top 250 companies in Germany and Austria using a specially weighted rating score developed by sheconomy and kununu.

fwp was the only law firm in Austria to make it into the top 250 companies in the country.
