Vienna, March 2021. Starting immediately, Ms Roswitha Seekirchner will support the corporate/M&A team of Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH (fwp) as attorney-at-law.

So far, Ms Seekirchner has been working as Senior Associate with a focus on commercial and company law in the corporate/M&A team led by fwp partner Markus Fellner. Before that, Ms Seekirchner, born in Tyrol, gained several years of professional experience in different fields of law in a law firm in Innsbruck.

She studied law at the University of Innsbruck (Mag.iur., 2015) and took the bar exam in May 2019. She has authored several publications and, in an article in the scientific journal Bankarchiv (Zeitschrift für das gesamte Bank- und Börsenwesen, June 2020, 68th issue) , examines, together with fwp partner Markus Fellner and University Professor Friedrich Rüffler, which legal prerequisites apply to profit distribution by companies and banks in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. In her free time, the newly minted attorney-at-law loves to go on adventure trips to explore the mountains and the rest of the world.
