fwp) advised Steinhoff Möbel Holding GmbH throughout the process of selling the Kika/Leiner real estate companies to SIGNA Group.

For several months already, fwp has advised Steinhoff Group with various sales processes handled in the course of the restructuring. The operating companies having been sold already, October 2018 now saw the sale of the minority shares of the Kika/Leiner real estate companies to SIGNA Group successfully completed.
