fwp advised the listed Wienerberger Group during the takeover of the Brenner brick factory based in St. Andrä im Lavanttal (Carinthia).

fwp advised Wienerberger, the global leader in brick production, on the successfully completed takeover of the Brenner brick factory in St. Andrä. This takeover allowed Wienerberger to strengthen its presence in southern Austria as well as its position on the Austrian market. As a result, Wienerberger will be able to better meet the growing demand for natural construction materials in the southern part of Austria.
