Vienna, 22 October 2015. Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH (fwp) advised UniCredit Bank Austria AG in connection with the sale of the “The Mall” shopping mall to an international syndicate of buyers.

As part of the realisation of the real estate portfolio UniCredit Bank Austria holds AG via Immobilien Holding GmbH, fwp advised the bank on the sale of the “The Mall” shopping mall located at the Wien Mitte transport hub in central Vienna. The shopping mall has now been successfully sold to an international syndicate of buyers.

To complete the M&A project, UniCredit Bank Austria AG got fwp on board.
