Vienna, 29 January 2014. The law firm Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH (fwp) provided legal advice to the seller of the majority interest of 85.5% in Holland Blumen GmbH.

The Austria-based RECAP fund sold its majority interest of 85.5 percent to a group of investors based in Upper Austria. fwp provided legal support to the sellers, focusing on a viable financing scheme for Holland Blumen GmbH in the future.
