Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH advised SPAR Österreichische Warenhandels-AG on the takeover of 27 shop locations from bankrupt Zielpunkt GmbH.

fwp – one of Austria’s top business law firms – received their first transactional mandate from SPAR. They were retained to provide advice and support to SPAR Österreichische Warenhandels-AG on the acquisition, by way of tender proceedings, of a total of 27 shop locations from the bankrupt estate of Zielpunkt.
