Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner (fwp) proves its unique competence in the field of Corporate| M&A also in the challenging times of corona: All legal issues related to the sale of UniCredit Leasing Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH and the establishment of a long-term sales cooperation with Arval Austria GmbH were dealt with under the lead of fwp partner Markus Fellner and his team.

UniCredit Bank Austria puts its trust in Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner in connection with the sale of its vehicle fleet management business and a future cooperation agreement with ARVAL Austria GmbH, a company of the French BNP Paribas group. The entire transaction was carried out under the lead of Corporate / M&A expert Markus Fellner and his team, with labour law topics being covered by fwp partner Kurt Wratzfeld and anti-trust law related support being provided by fwp partner Lukas Flener.

The legal advice provided by Markus Fellner and his team comprised the bidding process, contract negotiations and structuring the entire agreement. With this transaction, fwp once more proved its extensive expertise with regard to M&A transactions.
Within the scope of the sale of UniCredit Leasing Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH, a fleet leasing and vehicle fleet management subsidiary of UniCredit Bank Austria, some 6,000 vehicles will change their owner. ARVAL will get among the top 3 of Austria’s full-service leasing providers. In the future, UniCredit Bank Austria will be using the vehicle fleet management and mobility services of ARVAL as its long-term cooperation partner for its enterprise customers.
The closing is in particular still subject to final approval under anti-trust law legislation in Austria.
