fwp advised Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) on the acquisition of roughly 69 per cent of Österreichische Hotel- und Tourismusbank Gesellschaft m.b.H (ÖHT).

After the signing on 11 March 2019 and the fulfilment of the conditions for approval under anti-trust law, the acquisition of the majority stake was successfully closed on 25 April 2019.
