As a result of the pandemic, many countries have introduced and continue to introduce emergency measures to minimize the negative impact on their economies. Attention has been focused on introducing reforms of legal and financial nature, and new insolvency reforms are also being considered in particular.

In light of these new developments, INSOL International, in cooperation with the World Bank Group, has prepared a guide covering developments in a total of 80 countries.
