Hybrid Event Internal vaccination discussion

COVID-19 information

To ensure all our guests’ safety, our event will adhere strictly to the statutory COVID-19 provisions as effective in November. Pursuant to the most recent statutory provisions, it is necessary – to attend this event – to provide evidence of a low epidemiological risk under what is called the 2.5 rule (vaccinated, PCR-tested, recovered). The wearing of face masks is not obligatory during the event.

Vaccinated means providing evidence of vaccination, which is valid for no more than 270 days from the 22nd day after vaccination for one-dose vaccines (Janssen), and for no more than 360 days from the date of the 2nd vaccination for two-dose vaccines (BioNTech/Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna).

Tested means providing evidence of a molecular biological test (PCR test, valid for 48 hours from the time the sample is taken).

Recovered means presenting an official quarantine order (Absonderungsbescheid) (valid for 180 days) or evidence of a positive test for antibodies neutralising the virus (valid for 90 days).

Our staff will verify your respective evidence of low epidemiological risk at the coat check. We hope you will understand that we cannot allow persons who fail to provide such evidence to attend the event.

Under the applicable statutory provisions for combating the spread of COVID-19, fwp will record the data (contact details) of those attending the event and process such data with a view to ensuring contact tracing where necessary.

Should the statutory provisions change, we will notify you in good time ahead of the event.

If you experience symptoms of illness, please do not attend.
