Civil and Commercial Law
The Challenge
Civil and commercial law regulate important legal conditions relating to the exchange of services in business transactions. The standardisation and structuring of contractual relations through general terms and conditions and standard agreements are essential prerequisites for success in business. Drawing up contracts requires a well-founded understanding of economic processes as well as project experience, in order to achieve an unambiguous regulation of the subject matter which is empirically relevant to the successful implementation of the contractual relationship.
Performance relationships are regulated both by contractual relationships and by legal claims, which not only set restrictions on contractual freedom (consumer protection), but also regulate compensation for damages or liability for products. Both on the preventive level and in taking legal action to reject or assert claims, application-oriented, competent advice is of the essence.
