Vienna, February 2022: fwp partner Lukas Flener is pleased to welcome a new attorney from among fwp's own staff: Edda Unfricht, 34, will support the fwp.TEAM in real estate law matters from February 2022

Edda Unfricht has been working for fwp as a trainee attorney  in the field of real estate law for several years. She specialises in property and tenancy law, including the handling of real estate projects under developer contracts law. She is also very experienced in real estate transactions of any size, and in advising national and international clients. From February 2022 she is going to strengthen the team as an admitted attorney.

For clients Edda Unfricht is a competent contact not only in property law and construction law. Holding a doctor's degree in art history (she graduated with honours in 2019) she will also advise clients in matters relating to copyright law and art law. Edda Unfricht is the author of numerous publications in these fields.

Edda Unfricht also proves to be resolute and prepared to accept challenges in her private life: in her leisure time she likes to put on her running shoes or, when rowing in the gym, combines power and endurance workouts. Her next goal is to do a personal best time at the night half marathon at Lake Ossiach.

Edda Unfricht joining as an admitted attorney  is another sign of fwp's walk on a steady growth path and enhancing the firm's range of counselling services in complex matters.
