This year, fwp participated in the relay marathon for the first time. Partner Michael Hecht is proud of fwp’s excellent results – in the past years no law firm ever managed to finish faster. "We’re the fastest lawyers in Austria," Hecht, who completed the final distance of 11.3 kilometres for his relay team, happily concluded. His team partner Sebastian Kellermayr started off with a superb result (16.1 kilometres), followed by Jörg Bohmann (5.7 kilometres) and Peter Ableitinger (9.1 kilometres). The fwp team finished with a total net time of 3:04:31.
The runners in the second fwp team were Philip Neubauer (16.1 kilometres), Philipp Haller (5.7 kilometres), Barbara Erlach (9.1 kilometres) and Andreas Jank (11.3 kilometres).
fwp running sessions
During the spring and summer months, fwp regularly organises training sessions for its employees, which are supervised by a running coach. Runners are thus given the opportunity to work on their technique and receive tips on how to improve their running skills.
Michael Hecht, who regularly participates in the running sessions, is already making plans for next year’s marathon: "I am confident that we will finish below the three-hour mark in 2011."
