As fwp experiences a steady rise in client numbers, its team has been reinforced by another M&A expert: Maximilian Weiler has been made new junior partner, bringing the number of partners to 17. Only recently, fwp had strengthened its team by welcoming aboard the experienced M&A expert Sebastian Kellermayr.
“We see an increasing demand for an entrepreneurial approach to legal consulting. Clients appreciate our business sense and thorough understanding of economic principles, which guarantee holistic counselling with lasting benefits,” founding partner Markus Fellner explains the fundamental basis of his approach to legal consulting.
Since its foundation in 1999, fwp has grown from initially nine persons to more than 90 employees today, of whom more than 50 are lawyers and lawyers in training. In order to accommodate the growing team, fwp has expanded its premises by a third storey.
